Return and Exchange Policy

Thebasicpair is committed on handcrafting custom made shoes for your unique size and design taste. We always make sure that clients get to try and inspect their order during delivery or pick up, leaving them satisfied.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit or if it's the wrong design, you can return the product. Though payments are non refundable, you can exchange the product for another one, free of charge.

For clients who cannot personally receive their order, you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery or pick up.

The item must be unused with its original packaging.
